Main Sign-in Menu

FILE CABINET – Used to open PATIENT CHARTS or to create new ones.  When the program first starts, the file cabinet is gray, indicating it is locked.  A user must be logged on in order to use the file cabinet (turns blue when available).

LOGIN BUTTONS – Allow users and administer to sign into the ezScriptWriter system

USER LOGIN- Allows a user to sign-in and begin using ezScriptWriter.  Each user has their own unique username and password combination.  DO NOT SHARE YOUR PASSWORD WITH ANYONE!  To meet HIPAA requirements for maintaining secure patient charts, you must keep unauthorized parties out of your patient database.  It is a good idea to periodically change the user password.  This can be done by clicking on the “Change Password” label on the user login screen. We strongly encourage you NOT to leave a password blank.

ADMIN LOGIN- The ADMINISTRATOR is the user responsible for overseeing all other user accounts, maintaining the security settings of the software and inputting clinic details.  The ADMINISTRATOR can reset lost passwords and create/delete new user accounts.  The ADMINISTRATOR password is very important, and should be stored in a safe and secure location.
